Tim and Cathy Jennings of Flashpoint Bloodstock, LLC and Sporthorseauctions.com are pleased to announce that the May Internet Auction for Sport Horses and Ponies set a record average selling price of $9857.00. The high selling horse was the lovely, imported jumper, Quite Halma, for $32,100.

The June Internet Auction for Sport Horses and Ponies had 48 entries with 55% sold. The high seller, from the consignment of Elizabeth Mandarino, was the beautiful, imported Dutch pony Wildzang Seren Camarque, for $21,132.50. Second high seller was the 3 year old German Warmblood gelding, Harley, from the consignment of breeder, Emil Spadone, and sold for a final price of $13,482. Tim and Cathy Jennings would like to thank all the consignors, bidders and buyers for making the June Internet Auction such a great success. The auction boasted over 150 registered bidders, and almost 20,000 page hits. Horses and ponies were sold from California, and New Mexico to Virginia, from Florida to New York and from British Columbia to New Jersey among other places.

This auction will feature a special section for the Select Pony Auction, which will require entries to have a pre-sale veterinarian examination. Early entries in the Select Pony Auction include the beautiful, large pony, Reservations Required, 9th overall in the 2013 Pony Finals Large Pony Hunter. Reservations Required has qualified for Pony Finals every year since his Green year in 2010, and is qualified and entered this year. Also entered in the auction is the 2006, large mare, Stars Gone Blue. She is qualified for the 2016 Pony Finals in the regular large division, and has a permanent card.

Layla – “Circuit Champion” at HITS Saugerties in 2014 & 2015. From Nona Garson

Horse entries in the July Internet Auction include a lovely entry from Nona Garson and the Ridge Farm, LLC. Layla is a 2009, 16.2 hand Swedish Warmblood mare by Languster from Amelia. Layla is a brave, classical jumper who has had a successful show career so far, being Circuit Champion at HITS Saugerties in 2014 and 2015, and can compete in any ring. She is now ready to start a career with a Junior or Amateur rider.

Euphora is another talented entry in the July Internet Auction. A 17 hand, branded Holsteiner mare, that is jumping small courses, has done low level dressage, and has auto changes. She has a big step and can walk the lines.

As with all of Flashpoint Bloodstock, LLC’s Internet auctions, potential buyers will be able to register and have full access to sellers and all their information. Buyers can set appointments to try horses and ponies, or have a representative do it for them. Pre Purchase exams can be done before bidding closes, and there is a limited post purchase exam allowed if done within five days of the closing of the auction and before the animal leaves the seller’s grounds. Some restrictions apply to post purchase exams. As always, buyers and sellers can expect quality, personal attention by Tim and Cathy and their staff, who all have years of experience, not only in the auction business, but also, in several different disciplines in the horse business.
