Their clean rounds in the Baby Green Hunter division earned them not only the blue ribbon but also the Vita Flex Victory Pass award, presented by Vita Flex Nutrition. Decosta was presented with an engraved plaque and LevelpH™ Extended Release Gastric Support product from Vita Flex.

Ransom is owned by Carolyn Grouse and despite this being his first couple of shows, he has had much success in the Baby Green Hunter division at the “A” rated hunter and 3-star jumper competition, the ESP October. “For a four-year-old, he is quite amazing,” Decosta said. “This was only his second weekend showing and this has been great preparation for us to show during the Winter Equestrian Festival this season.” Ransom is by Cosiro and out of a mare by Concord.

Decosta was pleased to receive the LevelpH® product, a product developed for the special needs of performance horses. Digestive upset is a common problem in competitive horses as the strains of travel, training, and competing take their toll. The LevelpH® product is designed to balance stomach pH for more than 12 hours and also provides essential electrolytes lost due to exercise, exertion, traveling and stress.
