International Grand Prix Jumper, Todd Minikus, Wins Draper Therapies® Best Foot Forward Award After Amazing Comeback and Display of Horsemanship During FTI WEF Week 9
Wellington, FL (March 19, 2013) – Sometimes even the top, world-class equestrians experience a setback during their shows, and when that happens, it provides an opportunity for many to put their best foot forward and rise above the difficulty and continue on. For International Grand Prix Show Jumper, Todd Minikus, this certainly was the case during Week 9 of the FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival, and his amazing comeback and display of true horsemanship during the show earned him the Best Foot Forward Award presented by Draper Therapies®. With 109 Grand Prix wins to his name, Minikus was well into a winning season as he entered Week 9 of WEF. Then, he unfortunately took a bad spill in the ring riding his 10-year-old Oldenberg mare, Quality Girl (Quidam’s Rubin x Dobrock).
