Reserved for the riders of the 4* label, the Jiva Hill Resort Special Grand Prix gathered five pairs, of which the German rider Evelyn Eger, decidedly in great form this weekend since following her victory of yesterday in the Grand Prix Cunéod Construction SA at the controls of Westminster 71, she wins easily with this same partner in this test of a very high technical level, with a very beautiful average of 72.45%. The Moroccan rider Yessin Rahmouni, riding his 11 year old black stallion KWPN, All At Once, took the second place with a 68.723% score. In third place, the French rider Bertrand Liégard, associated with his faithful 20 year old Star Wars, who completed the last round of his long career with a very honourable score of 67.468%. The freestyle to music, Morgan Barbançon Mestre unbeatable in the ICR Construction Freestyle Grand Prix

The highlight of these three days was the 4* Freestyle Grand Prix, presented by ICR Construction, during which the riders had to compete with their artistic creativity to concoct a sequence of compulsory figures to music.

Last of the six couples to start, with Sir Donnerhall II, 16 years old, Morgan Barbançon Mestre, at the head of the list of French riders, 7th at the last World Cup final, who is particularly fond of this exercise, both artistic and technical, presented to music inspired by the successes of Céline Dion, will have taken all the risks, notably with changes of leg every two strides on the circle, or a half pirouette on the piaffe, a strategy that paid off as she won this Grand Prix to music with a very nice average of 76. 385%. The Luxemburger rider, Sascha Schulz, associated with Dayman 4, a powerful ten year old bay gelding, leaves the arena with an average of 76.175% and takes a nice second place after having been in the lead throughout the competition. The elegant Moldavian rider Alisa Glinka, who is having a remarkable international competition season with Aachen, and who has been very impressive throughout the weekend, following some inaccuracies in the piaffe in particular, despite a beautiful choreography on the music of Carmen, must be content with 75.265% and a third place.

The Belgian vice-champion couple, Amandine Prévost and Quaterdance, performed a high quality test, with both high and extended gaits, which allowed them to obtain the beautiful average score of 74.535% and to take the 4th place. The Dutch Tommie Visser, riding Genesis Begijnheove, obtained an average score of 72.935%, which is 5th place, ahead of Camille Judet Chéret, who convinced the judges with 70.760% with Scoop du Bois Luric.
