HITS Announces 2025 HITS Vermont New Show Management

HITS is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Worthington to the management team for the 2025 HITS Vermont Summer Festival, taking place in scenic Manchester, Vermont, over six weeks from July to August. With experience in all aspects of the horse show industry, Worthington’s history as a rider, trainer, show manager, and owner of WEST Solutions will bring a fresh perspective to the popular venue.

As the owner and CEO of Worthington Event Solutions & Technology, Worthington makes bettering horse shows his business. In the saddle since he could walk, Worthington was born into an equestrian family and has riding experience up to the grand prix level. Alongside his parents, he operated Three Winds Farm, a 40-year legacy, where he acted as trainer and rider. He then launched his own scoreboard and horse show services company recognizing the need for it. Since its inception in 2017, the business has quickly become the largest scoreboard services company on the east coast, boasting some of the country’s most well-attended horse shows as clientele.

Worthington’s management experience comes from a vast array of knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of horse show services, from course designing to schedule logistics, to having produced his own series in the AIR Show Jumping Winter Classic and the Sarasota Winter Classic. After joining forces with HITS in 2024, Worthington now looks forward to elevating the exhibitor experience at the beloved summer venue.

“I myself have been showing at the Vermont Summer Festival since I was a kid, and it has always been such an iconic horse show,” detailed Worthington. “I am very excited to be a part of making it the event of the summer and ushering in a new era.

“We are implementing some great schedule changes based off of last year’s feedback,” he continued, “We are looking forward to including more exhibitor parties and elevating the level of hospitality across the board.”
