For her upbeat attitude, she was presented the Knock Your Socks Off Award presented by Draper Therapies, which recognizes exceptional performances, rides or efforts that add ‘something extra’ to a show.

Also earning a Draper Knock Your Socks Off Award and new saddle pad made with Celliant ®, was Gaylordsville, CT jumper rider Keri Sutherland. Sutherland, riding for Gladewinds Farm, joked that she was competing in “everything.” A busy show schedule never detracts from her “great aura, positive light and calm, cool and collected demeanor,” said her friends watching from the sidelines.

Keeping the Colorado and Connecticut riders feeling positive will be the comfort of Celliant, a proprietary blend of minerals extruded into a polyester fiber that helps alleviate pain, increase oxygenated blood flow to poorly circulating areas, and support muscles and joints against stiffness, soreness and edema caused by aging, injury or arthritis.

The FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) is the world’s largest and longest running competition. Through March 31 it will award over $6 million dollars while hosting 5,000 horses and 2,800 riders from 50 states and 31 countries at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

Draper Therapies offers scientifically-proven therapeutic horse blankets, boots, wraps and saddle pads, dog beds, mats and clothing. Independent studies have shown Celliant increases tissue oxygen levels, which are shown to increase performance, relieve pain and improve muscle recovery.
