Mary Ambrose and Ming Dynasty Win World Development Group International Award At Gold Coast Dressage May Show
Wellington, FL (June 7, 2012) – Canadian rider Mary Ambrose turned in a beautiful ride aboard Ming Dynasty at the Gold Coast Dressage Association May Show, riding away with the win in the USEF Fourth Level Test 1 class. The duo also won the World Development Group Award, presented to the winner of selected classes at dressage shows in south Florida and sponsored by World Development Group International, a premier developer of equestrian properties.
“Ming Dynasty is a 10-year-old Swedish Warmblood that I trained myself,” Ambrose said. “He was really super in his class. He loves to show and perks up in the ring. He really is a showman.”
Ambrose, who operates out of her Mary Ambrose Dressage in Wellington and Ontario, said she has two other horses that she will begin working with when she returns to Ontario. “One is a Prix St. Georges horse and the other is a Third Level horse and I am excited about both of them.”
As the winner of the World Development Group Award, Ambrose was presented with a beautiful bridle bag and ribbon. “The World Development Group International is dedicated to supporting the equestrian community and we are pleased to sponsor the show circuit in Wellington.
