Traverse City Horse Shows (TCHS) eagerly anticipates another exhilarating summer of top equestrian competition with the 2023 installment of the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival (GLEF), presented by CaptiveOne Advisors. Taking place at Flintfields Horse Park from July 5 through August 13, GLEF offers six weeks of FEI jumper competition, national and international hunter derbies, and the FEI North American Youth Championships.
The 2023 GLEF season will welcome the return of Major League Show Jumping (MLSJ) during GLEF V, while the Dudley B. Smith Equitation Championship & $10,000 Trainer Bonus returns to GLEF IV alongside the $25,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby. Title sponsor CaptiveOne Advisors will continue its presentation of the $30,000 CaptiveOne Advisors Leading Jumper Rider Bonus, awarded to the rider who accumulates the most points in classes over 1.45m throughout the summer.
