Wellington, FL (July 30, 2013) – Danielle Goldstein of Starwyn Farms, LLC makes dreaming big look as easy as the Grand Prix fences the international show jumper regularly clears. Her dedication to promoting equine education and building a strong equestrian community in Israel, Goldstein was named chef d’equipe for the Maccabiah Games show jumping team, and before this year is out she plans to develop the first Israeli Nations cup squad to represent its blue and white flag.
To support this end of building Team Israel, Goldstein recently launched her “Wings Are For Sissies” T-shirt campaign through www.Nucampaign.org. Proceeds from sale of the shirts, which illustrate the untapped vitality of the Israeli equestrian athlete through a horse and rider clearing a jump, will benefit the Israeli Equestrian Federation. The 100% cotton, Made in Israel shirts are just $25 each, come in black, white, purple, grey, pink and rose, and are offered in sizes Small to XXL.
Through the ‘Team Israel’ T-shirt campaign, Goldstein hopes to plant the seeds for a robust equestrian culture in Israel, and envisions building an equestrian center to train the next generation of Israeli riders, and a framework for increased equestrian education there. The sole purpose of ‘Team Israel’ will be to bring pride and positive attention to the State of Israel.
Yet all of these goals are just a warm-up for this Wellington, Florida equestrienne, who holds dual citizenship with the U.S. and Israel. Goldstein’s ultimate goal is riding for Israel and to be the first woman on an Olympic show jumping squad at the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro. And the dream Goldstein holds dearest is bringing Israel’s horse industry to the world arena.
