Since the creation of the show in 1960, part of the history of horse riding has been written on the mythical grass arena of La Baule, by the Atlantic Ocean. A simple reading of the records is sufficient to measure the significance of the event in the international calendar of equestrian competitions.

For 60 years, all the best showjumping horses and riders in the world competed there. Whether they were olympic, world champions, or n°1 on the world ranking list… all of them are committed to shine in La Baule. And every year, all of them contribute to keep alive the flame of showjumping lovers. 2021 will be no exception…

The highlights
Over the years, the organisers ensured they maintained this eternal youth of the show, chasing away the slightest wrinkle, doing everything possible to raise the show at the level of the stars it hosts. However, touch the legendary classes that nourished its history is out of the question.

Friday 14th May (2.00pm) will be punctuated by the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ where the French team is highly expected.
Saturday 15th May (1.00pm) will be time for the Derby of the Pays de la Loire Region with its share of emotions over a spectacular course with the ford crossing or the ascent of the mound.
As a final bouquet, the Grand Prix Longines of the city of La Baule will electrify the grand stand on Sunday 16th May (1.00pm). With the hope of reliving a moment as intense as in 2019, with the victory of the German pair, reigning world champion, Simone Blum and DSP Alice.

An appointment all the more awaited after a difficult 2020 sports year.
