Advanced Tickets Now on Sale for 2012 Alltech National Horse Show

Lexington, KY – October 18, 2012 – – Tickets for the Alltech National Horse Show, scheduled for the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky on October 30 – November 4, 2012, are now on sale.

General admission tickets for Thursday, November 1st or Friday, November 2nd, normally priced at $20 are on sale now for only $10 each. Tickets for the main event on Saturday, November 3rd, regularly priced at $30 are now available for only $15.

The Alltech National Horse Show will be held at the beautiful, new Alltech Indoor Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. 

Thursday night features the $75,000 Double H Farm International Open Jumpers, Time First Jump Off, the Three and Five Gaited Amateur Stakes and the Amateur Park Horse Stake class.

An exciting Friday night roster of classes includes the Three Gaited Championship, the Fine Harness Open Stake, the electrifying E.S. Roadster Cup, always a crowd favorite, and the Five Gaited Championship Stake class. The evening’s main event is the all new$50,000 Alltech National Horse Show Puissance class.

Saturday evening activities begin with the show’s main event, the $250,000 Alltech Grand Prix, followed by the Park Horse Amateur Championship and the Three and Five Gaited Amatuer Championships.

All evening sessions begin at 7 p.m.

This year’s show, designated CSI4*-W, will feature a complete schedule of ‘AA’-rated hunter divisions, including the Pony Lane Farm High Performance Hunter section. Also on the agenda, a big money Open Jumper division highlighted by the $50,000 Triumph Project Welcome Stake Sponsored by The Davis McCullough Foundation, the $75,000 Double H Farms Thursday Jump-Off class, the $60,000 Chartis Insurance Company Speed class on Friday and of course, the $250,000 Alltech National Horse Show Grand Prix, an FEI World Cup qualifying event. In addition, $100,000 will be up for grabs for the Junior and Amateur Jumper divisions sponsored by Chansonette and Deeridge Farm, including the $50,000 SJHOF Junior/Amateur Championships, sponsored by Pasmore Stables, Chansonette and Deeridge Farm. The final Sunday is highlighted by the signature event of the National Horse Show, the ASPCA Alfred B. Maclay Finals, presented by C.M. Hadfield’s Saddlery.

What:

The Alltech National Horse Show is a weeklong championship event featuring “AA”-rated hunters, open jumpers, junior/amateur jumpers, and the ASPCA Alfred B. Maclay Finals. The event will run October 30 through November 4, 2012, indoors in the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY, site of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™.

Parking:

The Kentucky Horse Park has waived the normal parking fee during the Alltech National Horse Show. Parking is free. While dogs are permitted at the Kentucky Horse Park on a leash, no dogs are allowed in the Alltech Arena during the ANHS
