The 6th stage of the TRAF Eventing Tour for the prize of CORDIA POLAND ended with a swin in great style for Daria Kobiernik riding Ideal Girl. Second place went to Joanna Pawlak and third to Jakub Wiraszka.
Today’s victory rocketed Daria Kobiernik up to the second position in the TRAF Eventing Tour ranking before the final.
– Yesterday our round was very good and within our capabilities. Today, seeing my rivals, I said that if I can go as smoothly as yesterday and everything works out, we have a chance. That’s the sport. Ideal Girl is a mare that I bred myself. Interestingly, her dam is the horse I started my eventing career with. I was part of the junior and young rider national team for many years, rode four European championships with her, and in turn with her sire, when he was a young stallion, I competed in jumping and dressage championships. It was a great pairing. Iga is a very specific horse, but she is mine. We understand each other without words. My strategy in the second round is to just ride well. The leaderboard always has to fall into place somehow. The important thing is that I ride to the best of our ability, smoothly and evenly, and the rest is in the hands of my rivals,” said Daria Kobiernik.
The TRAF Eventing Tour ranking leader remains Jakub Wiraszka, with Julia Gillmaier in third place.

The Speed & Music class, for the prize of the Lech Wałęsa Airport Gdańsk, under the patronage of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Region Mieczysław Struk, in which 28 pairs took part, was lucky for 21-year-old Nadia Romaniecka riding Lord Fein. Angelos Touloupis from Greece was second with Del Rey Of The Lowlands Z, and Jan Bobik with Hasala – third.
