The Horse Of Course Steps Up Sponsorship at 2012 NEDA Fall Festival
Saugerties, NY (September 10, 2012) – The Horse of Course, Inc., a premier dressage tack and apparel boutique, is proud to be increasing their sponsorship involvement at the 2012 New England Dressage Association (NEDA) Fall Festival. In addition to being a vendor and offering their services on the show grounds, The Horse of Course will be decking out the 14 judges and 22 members of the NEDA show committee in Hermes style scarves and ties, as well as providing gift certificates as class prizes and for volunteers.
The Great American Insurance Group/United States Dressage Federation Region 8 Championships will be held during the NEDA Fall Festival on September 13-16, 2012. The show draws top competitors from the northeast United States, and The Horse of Course has been supporting major shows like NEDA for many years. “We are proud to be a sponsor and to provide beautiful scarves and ties for the hardworking judges and show staff,” said Beth Haist of The Horse of Course. “We will also be providing a dozen $50-dollar gift certificates too because we know always want to support the shows and be a partner in their success.” The show organizers are awarding eight of the $50 gift certificates as class prizes and 4 will be used in daily prize drawings for the show volunteers.
The Horse of Course is based in Claremore, Oklahoma, and their mobile store travels the nation offering everything for the discriminating equestrian. From show supplies, bridles, saddles, and saddle pads to fashionable equestrian attire, breeches, jackets, shadebellies and accessories, The Horse of Course is a favorite stop for many of the nation’s dressage riders. Marty Haist is a master saddlefitter who is recognized as the go-to guy for Sommer Saddles but also does many on site saddle evaluations with all brands during the many shows and throughout the season.
“We like to make our mobile set up a valuable asset to competitors. If a rider loses a button on their coat or needs their stock tie tied, they know to come us,” Haist said. “We have whatever they need to make their show and very possibly their whole season a success. And of course we have lots of new merchandise to show to showcase for the 2012 NEDA Fall Festival”.
The Horse of Course offers the ultimate collection of apparel to keep every rider fashionably dressed, including these well-known lines: Gersemi, Laurel Burch, Pikeur, Ariat, Kentucky, Goode Rider, Red Barn, Vespucci, Ovation, Intec, Kerrits, Romfh, Pure Lime, USG, B//Verdigo, and Windsor. “We also carry the HV-Polo line which has been a big hit with our riders. The line offers stylish fun polo shirts, jackets and breeches with crested embroidery, microfiber cottons in the latest fashion colors from Germany. A highlight of this line is the matching coordinates for your horse including blankets, coolers and saddle pads.”
The Horse of Course is a strong supporter of the equestrian community and travels across the country with their mobile store, attending horse shows and sponsoring. “Dressage riders rely on our being at the show with everything they need from grooming products, clothing, bridles, and saddles and we really do feel like we are partners in their show careers,” Haist said.
